chewing gum

have recently read that researchers at St Mary's Hospital  London have discovered that chewing gum after bowel surgery could aid  recovery  as it stimulates the gut to work and also get rid of wind...  also could speed up hospital stay. :-
don't think that "NICE" are likely to have objections... Lips are sealed

Re: chewing gum

Bad in you live in Singapore where chewing gum is illegal. But what a clean city. But they did relax this recently for therapeutic gum

Been to Singapore many times still not sure whether the locals are happy because of all of the restrictions. Compared with Malaysia were it's freer and the people seem to be happier and up for life. But Malaysia is so dirty.
Will be in Singapore for the first F1 night time street race and I predict that it will be the best race meeting this year.
