I could be wrong (not the first time) but I don't think US uses km, I'd guess Australia (the position of the sign also suggests you'd be driving on the left)..

As I recall when driving in Oz and New Zealand their roads are marked with yellow centre (or edge) lines. How about S Africa, don't they drive on the left as well?
