YouGov surveys

Do you classify (cumulative points) money received from YouGov as 'Income' (hence taxable) or as a 'Prize' (not taxable)?
Common sense suggests it is income, hence the exchequer get their cut.

Re: YouGov surveys

The relatively small amount I have received over the past few years wouldn't really bother HMRC.
Although I suppose it's classifiable as taxable income.

technically it is taxable but I'm with Strat on this one - so small as not to worry.
