I used to live in a flat in Southend and the downstairs neighbours loved Sinéad O'Connor 'Nothing Compares 2 U'. This was played over and over endlessly - drove me nuts. They moved out after a year or two. However 5 years later I bought
the album and loved it

Having said the above, the loud music did cause me lots of stress and the worst thing of all was the same tune, all the time! (It was so loud I could feel the bass)

I love techno / trance / club anthems except at the weekend when our neighbour plays them through the wall every saturday evening without fail and all we can hear is the boom, boom, boom, of the bass. As crazy as it sounds I'd give anything to get a copy of his music collection

so, use a bit of "techno".... get a mic set up outside his lounge window ( or wherever he plays the music )... old "reel to reel" tape recorder ( Or more sophisticated recording device

I've never understood why some people play the same track over and over again. Maybe one repeat but even then...

Some tracks no matter how much you hear them they're just brilliant. I personally thought examples "Change the way you kiss me" was one such fine example. A really gripping tune.

At least while he's lending it to you he won't be playing it loud
Of Course..... you borrow the collection from him..... and then..................................................
Blast him,..... the same as he blasted you...... BRILL ! ! !

He doesn't do this at high volume or late at night, though (at least, not very often).
I had a similar experience to shalom2010's in Uni, only in this case it was one track at one particular time of the week:

You sure he's not just listening to HeartFM
