Possibly but then they've got to prove that you've not kept it updated and without a warrant or court order to gain access to your computer..
The other point here is simply not to do online banking. I don't, the bank tried to get me to sign up for it but I've never trusted it and certainly don't want to give the bank a free pass to screw me over. If I don't bank online thats one less way of money going missing.
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

I have done this.
I will continue to apply any Firefox updates (and antivirus updates) though.
