Wimbledon 2017

Well it was only a matter of time before someone made a thread about this Tongue

Good tennis today, it was the commentators who cracked me up.
(Not a direct quote, I'm paraphrasing, can't remember the exact words)

[Camera zooms into someone in the crowd playing with a Rubik's cube]

Commentator 1: Is that a Rubik's cube?
Commentator 2: Yes, when I had one I just took it out of the box, and said "I've completed it".

I still miss Dan Maskell - he was the voice of Wimbledon.

The players have their own voices these days.

Konta did well today though.

Is Andy Murray Scottish yet?
I must have been really bad in a previous life as this was my 3rd ISP in a row that used lithium.
Now you're stuck with me because my new ISP doesn't run a forum Cheesy

Re: Wimbledon 2017

I was at Wimbledon yesterday and saw some brilliant tennis.

Back to watching on TV today. Looks like Federer will win and take the record.

Re: Wimbledon 2017

My recollection of Centre Court was how hard the seats were, but I wasn't in the royal box...

Now Zen, but a +Net residue.
