Will i need to change my wall socket to use a Fibre Router ?

I am changing my product from unlimited broadband to fibre Broadband and have asked PlusNet to send me one of their fibre router's for me to use. Does the fibre router plug into the same socket as my current router or will I need to change to a different type of socket for the fibre router ?

Depends I suppose of whether it's fibre to the cabinet (FTTC) or fibre to the home FTTH. I guessing that if it's the former then as Matthew said, it should work in the same socket.
