Hope these were taken by a passenger in your car or by you if you were the passenger..... we don't want you in hospital for the next few months.
All the same, good photos.... if you are near Cumbria drive across to tarn hows..there you will get the Tarn, trees and mountains in the same photo.

rear window facing forward I hope as the front window seems to be closed
alternatively he was sticking the camera out of the front window with one hand and steering with the other in which case the 5th Amendment is appropriate  Lips are sealed

two possibilities, A clamp on camera mount (rubber sucker with lever)  and a remote trigger, I have both and in my last job, we used such mount to hold equipment on to the out side of cars and the equipment cost £10 000

Re: Why go to America for the Fall Colors - stay here for the colours

Funnily enough I was going to start a similarly themed thread last Sunday after a pleasant day out driving around my local part of west and mid-Hertfordshire (but chit chat was a bit bogged down with other matters) The trees were dressed in their autumn finery, just at the point where they were at their best colours but still on the trees rather than all over the roads and surrounding ground levels.
Absolutely glorious, quite stirred the art in my soul,  My favorite time of year.
PS. was that a stretch of the M3 pierre? some of which is beautiful at this time of year (near the Fleet services)
Experience; is something you gain, just after you needed it most.

When faced with two choices, simply toss a coin. It works not because it settles the question for you. But because in that brief moment while the coin is in the air. You suddenly know what you are hoping for.

Lovely colours Pierre. Not too sure just how these will turn out as they were (I think) taken on SWMBO phone.
The blob in the middle is my lad kayaking up the river
