Who to vote for at the next election?

After today's totally undemocratic decision it gets really difficult to decide. Do I vote for the Labour Party led by Nick Clegg, the Liberal Party led by David Cameron, or the Conservative Party led by Gordon Brown?

Re: Who to vote for at the next election?

I couldn't vote for the present mob of incompetents, I wouldn't vote for Clegg's lot as I would see it as a wasted vote so will vote for Cameron's lot.

But they are going to provide money so you can buy cars on credit http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/politics/article5519737.ece

Only one problem. If it is at the same rate as the banks have to pay that is 12% - big deal

Re: Who to vote for at the next election?

I would vote for an "Honest" MP......  one that has the guts give a straight answer to a straight question...... e.g " Do you think this country is in a mess?"    straight answer would be either    "Yes"    or  "No".    not some waffle about how the government has spent millions of pounds trying to solve the problem, and millions of people will benefit in the long term...... Those are answers to other questions....

Re: Who to vote for at the next election?

A few years ago Martin Bell stood in our constituency and from a standing start he nearly got elected.  What people liked about him was that he appeared honest and told it as he saw it.  Pity there aren't more like him today.

Nearly I thought he did.

Martin Bell was elected an MP with a majority of 11,077 votes – overturning a Conservative majority of over 20,000 – and thus became the first successful independent parliamentary candidate since 1951

Re: Who to vote for at the next election?

After he stood for one term in Tatton he resigned and then stood in Brentwood and Ongar where he was unsuccessful. He turned a safe Tory seat into a marginal.
