Where's Plusnet When You Need Them

Plenty of work opportunities for Craig Murray in Ottawa.

The driver was fired for his "accidental" soaking of many pedestrians. No law was broken say police.

Re: Where's Plusnet When You Need Them

I think I read something, quite recently,  even a couple of days ago, that it WILL become an offence for motorists to spray pedestrians, as in the video, even if it was "by accident"  or "non intentionally" here, in the UK...

Ah but if it was a water filled pothole who would be charged?

The slacker council or the driver?
