When are we going to get another Holiday?

Does not really affect me as I m on one big holiday, but as we have embraced Halloween and black Friday sales, how long before we celebrate thanksgiving, and get an extra day`s holiday.

I do not embrace either, neither do I pay that much attention to those other two constructs of Christmas and Easter. As for thanksgiving, thanksgivings for what? thanksgiving maybe for not having one and giving those poor turkeys a break! 

Self imposed duvet days are however another matter.

@Minivanman Thanksgiving...... for what ?   well for NOT having TRUMP or FARAGE as our "leader"..

.  for that, we should be thankful every day of our lives...

Maybe we will get a celebratory bank holiday when brexit finally arrives.
