I knew someone years ago who had been on a derailed train when it derailed. He said it was one of the most terrifying incidents he could recall as the train became extremely unstable.
Amazing really how those 2 tiny little rails hold so much weight on top of them. When you think about it, in comparison to the train itself they're not actually that big.

Why are they not conducting nationwide enquiries ?  they won`t have the stuff in their back garden will they..    .. and to say they are using "forensic analysis" to "track down"      the theives... is a bit of an obvious statement.... what else have they got to go on?  (oh of course the tyre marks ! ! ! )

This had crossed my mind before your comment but I never said anything Incase I was wrong, We have them up here too, A right nuisance and leave where they camped a total mess.

It not outright correct to say it, My step son is building a new house and his Garage/workshop (which is heated) had there copper stolen, he is a bit of a wide boy, found out who did it and took his revenge, no caravans involved
