What was under the tree for you this christmas

Any nice new kit from Santa?
My Pinnacle Sound Bridge is lovely! Took 10 mins to set up this morning but had me completely lost for 2 hours on Christmas afternoon.  Grin

Re: What was under the tree for you this christmas

I have a massive  Shocked 24" wide screen Acer LCD screen from all the family (they say it's because I'm getting old and need bigger text lol).
Now if you want to see Oblivion or Lara Croft in true glory you have to see this screen in action, it is breathtaking, the colours are outstanding and with my 8800GTS running it I could not wish for anything better.
Now thats what I call christmas!
Regards, P.

I'm a Father and Grandfather so the traffic tends to be uploading rather than downloading but sadly nothing computer related here. Sad

Ahhh, happy birthday for the 29th...
Experience; is something you gain, just after you needed it most.

When faced with two choices, simply toss a coin. It works not because it settles the question for you. But because in that brief moment while the coin is in the air. You suddenly know what you are hoping for.

Yeah, I got a lot of confectionary too. Plus Bejeweled for Mac. Otherwise, it was mostly money... and quite a lot of it too, so, combined with money from eBay sales etc. I'm treating myself to a Nikon D300. Grin

Can you publish details?
Is it strong enough to stun pesky polar bears?

This is a fine example of the sort of laser level. All I did was remove the diffusing lens, so I have a solid point of light. The cats don't know this, and will chase it for hours. As for stunning pesky polar bears, I didn't know penguins and polar bears lived on the same continent, let alone in the same area. Wink
