The Plusnet upgrade will cost me more than the usual £zero costs per month in calls !
Weq4u looks promising.
But don't you still get charged for the 0845 / 0870 actual call length, once called back and connected ?
Or is that part also included in your minutes ?

Use www.18185.co.uk
0845 are 3p per min 24/7 , 5p connection charge per call
0870 are 3p per min in the week and 2p at weekends, , 5p connection charge per call
Also calls to 01/02/03 cost 0p per min 24/7 (no time limit, chat as long as you like) 5p connection charge per call

I too use 18185 and have had no problems in over 3 years as a customer.
0845/0870 calls are free in evenings and at weekends with Plusnet landline

The trouble being that some of the places are ONLY open 9-5 so bypassing the free minutes.
I usually use 18185 or sayno. That alternative looks interesting, wonder how it gets round the call.
