What it says on the tin!!

Members have a whinge here from time to time about claims by manufactures for their products that are, shall we say "optimistic"
Current gripe: non-iron or easy-care shirts that are anything but...

When faced with two choices, simply toss a coin. It works not because it settles the question for you. But because in that brief moment while the coin is in the air. You suddenly know what you are hoping for.

Re: What it says on the tin!!

All of my clothes are non-iron...
Only because I prefer the crumpled look and can never be bothered to iron them!  Roll eyes

All of my casual shirts are non-iron.  I just wash them and then hang them up to dry and never have a problem with creases.

Re: What it says on the tin!!

All my stuff is non iron, just the opposite to swmbo stuff which almost all needs ironing.
For some reason she also irons all the bed sheets and pillow cases, never understood why, no one else sees our bed. (well I hope not)
If I ever ended up on my own the Iron and  vacuum cleaner would be the first things in the bin as I would have no use for them.
Must admit I earned a few brownie points several months ago as I bought her one of those fancy steam irons which she tells me has resulted in any ironing taking half the time.  Smiley

Ditto. When I left home years ago I cottoned on to that one very quick - I wasn't going to be stuck at home ironing etc. My partner was amazed when I introduced them to this trick!
