What is the world coming to?

Old Spice, that favorite of my old dad and now myself, has come up with an Eau de toilette for men.

Blimey, what on earth is the world coming to! (dabs on proper Old Spice after morning shave)

Nah.... that`s not "original"... it is a modern bottle with a modern design, and the lie blazoned across it...

this is an original  ! !

You're both welcome to it 😂
Can't believe they're still making it.

Old Spice and Brute 33 were smells I could never get used to, just something about them that annoyed my nasal passages, mind you with my sinuses a single dust mote does that!

But while on the subject I was in Boots a while back and took to reading the 'ingredients' of some of the body sprays like Lynx and saw that the majority of them were no more than fragranced light fluid.

Re: What is the world coming to?

Brute was a smell of it's time used by spotty youngsters with barely bum fluff on their chins, whereas Old Spice has stood the test of time and no, I don't work for them. :smiley:

Maybe it's the marmite of the bathroom cabinet?

@Anonymous

Yep, that and Coal Tar Soap!

I loved that stuff, the Mrs however hated it!

Great for washing all over and even your hair... but along with my MGB it had to go when we got married. It's a tough life I tell you, it really is. :wink:

PS. Now Coal Tar aftershave, that would be something.
