What browser do you use?

Hi everyone,
I am interested to find out generally what Web Browser our customers use. Going back a few years you would probably have found 90% of users using Internet Explorer. Lets see what the results show us from the Members who use this board.
I am only looking for your primary browser that you use mostly.

Re: What browser do you use?

Other - Opera, I try FF occasionally but each time  try a new version after a fresh install, I have to find add-ons to get it to do what Opera does as standard.

Re: What browser do you use?

I've always used IE9.  Have tried a couple of others (FF, Chrome) but didn't like them.  Too set in my ways I guess!

FF for me although I do use IE9 and Chrome occasionally, more often to check when I have a problem with a specific site in FF.

Currently trialling Comodo Dragon.... which is Chrome in a different guise. Put it down as 'Other' as not sure quite how much as been tweaked by Comodo from vanilla Chrome.

Re: What browser do you use?

The site has Google Analytics if you want a clear picture of what people use?  I use Chrome, I used to use IE but a Java problem meant it took 30 seconds to open a browser window each time which was frustrating, I installed Chrome and after getting used to it can't really go back to IE.  If I need to reinstall Windows for instance, all my bookmarks and such are stored in the cloud so I never lose a bookmark that I may one day require (might also save username/passwords, not sure on that).

Re: What browser do you use?

After finding that IE was a heap of dirt, Firefox leaked more memory than windows, opera not being great, Netscape being dead and chrome being not so great I use SeaMonkey and CometBird the most.
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

Don't rely on Google Analytics I for one Blok Google Analytics in my host file, rely on the server logs not Google.

FF12 for me...and quite happy with it.
Experience; is something you gain, just after you needed it most.

When faced with two choices, simply toss a coin. It works not because it settles the question for you. But because in that brief moment while the coin is in the air. You suddenly know what you are hoping for.

Re: What browser do you use?

Some interesting comments as for the reasons you are using your specific browser. Personally, I use Google Chrome, purely for Web Development purposes. It's light years ahead of Internet Explorer. Firefox isn't too bad, Opera is surprisingly good, although I can't say I would ever use it personally.
I did once come across a customer using Netscape...enough said!
