What I ate for dinner last night.

I had Steak Tartare. I used this recipe: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/steaktartare_88981 .
I ate it with six grain bread a large glass of Red Burgundy.
I felt such an animal afterwards that I slept vey well for eight hours; then back to tasks for two hours, then another three hours sleep.
Goodness: Those French people had a good idea.

Re: What I ate for dinner last night.

I had fresh salmon over tagliatelle with a side salad with my homemade french dressing, simple and healthy Smiley  I did, however, wash it down with a nice Rioja  Wink

Lovely. You paid substantial £ for the Rioja though, right?

Re: What I ate for dinner last night.

Reheated vegetarian  Lasagne (home made) from the previous night with fresh sugarsnap peas, carrots, fine beans, asparagus and runner beans.
The wife is on one of these 5/2 diets at the moment so only had 500 calories for her fasting days - we pad it out with plenty of veg and as I couldn't work out what I fancied with my lasagne, I had a bit of everything  Cheesy
Tonight is fresh chorizo pasta with veg.
