Watch this!!

Anybody got a foolproof method of cleaning the muck and grease from a stainless steel watch bracelet, other than an old toothbrush and soapy water. Always wary that even with allegedly waterproof watches soapy water will find its way into the watch itself, anyway how ever long and contentiously washing is done it never quite seems to get rid of all of the dirt which immediately deposits itself on the wrist again.
Experience; is something you gain, just after you needed it most.

When faced with two choices, simply toss a coin. It works not because it settles the question for you. But because in that brief moment while the coin is in the air. You suddenly know what you are hoping for.

Re: Watch this!!

If the bracelet is easily detachable, I'd try an ultrasonic cleaning tank like this.

Re: Watch this!!

instead of soapy water, why not try TURPS Substitute....? (with your toothbrush).... if a small amount should "leak" into the watch, it will not do much harm.... might even make it run quieter ! ! !..
(Hint.......After you have cleaned the watch bracelet.....make sure you wash your toothbrush in warm soapy water, at least 3 times before you use it............................................................ Cheesy Grin)
