Do you need to kill off the URL embedded to the Scam site?

Now Zen, but a +Net residue.

Re: WARNING - Paypal Scam - WARNING - Paypal Scam

The paypal scam I don't like is one that actually belongs to them.

The one where you are charged a higher rate if the buyer is registered abroad.

I sell a fair few items on ebay to "UK only" but I still get this coming up more than I like.

I guess it's just another side effect of mass immigration.

Dear customer, 'in' instead of 'with'... then the promotional "Get more out of..."

Stinks of a scam straight away.

I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

Re: WARNING - Paypal Scam - WARNING - Paypal Scam

I just checked my spam folder.

3 from "paypal"

One threatening me with the police & paypal Cheesy

I can't understand, 3 days ago you told me to pay by Paypal to proceed with shipping next day. Payment has been sent, gave you the proof of payment and I still have no item, this is the last day I am waiting, if I won't get it, I'll report you to Police and Paypal. .

The "item" shows an ebay.com address and the ACTUAL url is to ferreteriacaball

The 2 Learn more links point to the same url.

Nice trick is

Your registered name is included to show this message originated from eBay.

BUT NO name is shown!

The other 2 are saying my paypal account will be disabled yeah right!

Love the notes at the end: Tongue

Note :

If The Link Don't Work On Gmail and Outlook Please CLick On ("Non-Spam" & "The Show

Re: WARNING - Paypal Scam - WARNING - Paypal Scam

It's one reason I don't receive or send emails in anything other than plain text. HTML emails might be glossy looking at times but plain text emails show up scam links very easily. e.g. instead of the Paypal logo you get the link in plain text that it points too. in your case, paypal.com/y.........  Same with the help etc links. They stand out a mile as not being legimate. I've had some that are even worse coming from a .br domain. All get deleted before they even get to my inbox.
