That's not a joke !

This is a Joke..............'Corbyn wants to be a caretaker PM.'

I accept some might not see as a Joke.

@twocvbloke

Reading this morning that a Tourette's charity want an apology from the Swedish comedian that delivered that joke.

Do jokes and comments now need to wear boxing gloves in case they hurt the easily offended ?

You just couldn't make it up.

Re: Voted funniest joke at Edinburgh Fringe...

You can't say or do anything these days because some group is always going to complain,  its a hard time to be a comedian - so many things are 'off-limits' - I said in another thread about having to tread on eggs trying not to offend anyone at all,  in my view it is all PAST A JOKE.....................

Talking about past a joke..

My wife didn't believe I could make a car out of spaghetti - until I drove pasta..

Re: Voted funniest joke at Edinburgh Fringe...

Watching Milton Jones last night on BBC's Live at the Apollo, and for me he is one of the funniest guys around.

One of his many jokes last night was about how how the Chinese language started of as English in England... until one person whispered it to another person.

And "Obviously I'm Caucasian, as my Mum is from a city and Ireland and my Dad is Japanese"

:2funny:

Off limits? Not yet but give it time, give it time.

Re: Voted funniest joke at Edinburgh Fringe...

I like to watch Mock the Week and in the recent episodes when Milton Jones has been on I don’t think he’s as funny as he used to me. He’d come up with seriously funny one liners but now he seems to have lost his ‘mojo’.
