View recent bill

Email from plusnet to inform me of this months bill and a link to the main website to look at the details of the phone bill,

No problems with that until we get to the section which says choose which month for bill, OK but then we get the message download Acrobat Reader to read this bill, ok done that except the thing does not work so no way I can view my bill.

In the past there was no problem with viewing my bill, no need to download anything to read it, why the change.

Perhaps PN can send me a monthly bill through the post ?

Just had mine through the email..... and they were trying to rip me off ... so I clicked on view my bill and it worked ok for me...

resulting in a very long "live chat" to get the bill corrected...

Didn`t have to get Acrobat reader.... am using Firefox up to datest version....

Nuff sed .

I tried this morning and I can't get to see my bill. All I get is 'We can't complete your request at the moment, please try again later'.

PN trying to rip you off ? ........never ! We will do you proud.

I have firefox on a android tablet, perhaps it needs updating, will try that.

@Mayfly Probably no consolation to you, but I can see all my bills with no problem. W7 HP using FF63.0.3 64bit.

I appreciate it's of no use to yourself @Mayfly, but like @jab1 I can see my bills. Well I say see when what actually what happens for me is that the bill is downloaded so I don't see it until I open it myself.

Is this the case for everyone i.e. the Bill is downloaded?

If it is then surely the wording needs changed from View to Download as there is quite a difference between the two.

I did not have to download it..... after going through the "log in" procedure and clicking my account , or whatever, it appeared on my screen.... no download instructions at all...
