Very old computer game

This could have gone in the Gaming section but they are all too young to remember it  Grin Grin
Having just finished Game of Goo http://2dboy.com/games.php it reminded me of a game I used to play many years ago which from vague memories is where you built a machine to transport a ball across the screen. It may have been called Magnificent Machine.
Does anyone remember it and, if so, is it still available and more to the point will it run with a modern operating system.

Re: Very old computer game

You got me thinking. What was the name of the game with the little people that you had to get from one end of an obstacle course to the other? - you had diggers, builders, bombers and parachutists to choose from.

Re: Very old computer game

Someone has ported lemmings to DHTML, if you run it in IE you get the MIDI music too, google DHTML Lemmings and you'll find it.
