Velcro

In many instances, Velcro is a really useful invention.
My favourite application, is cable ties, or alternatively strips with a loop around the main cable, with the extra wrapped around the rest of the looped tidied cable.
And my Summer Sleeveless Jacket, with many pockets, the inside (wallet) packet, is secured by two Velcro fasteners.
One external, the other internal.

Least favourite use, again a light Summer Waterproof jacket, with an open weave internal lining for breath-ability, the external Velcro strips catch on the inner lining when hung up, necessitating  pulling apart before I can put the jacket on.
I find Velcro so useful in many ways, but not always.

How useful do you find Velcro, or otherwise ?

Re: Velcro

Looking at the damage to my car seats and sofa the use of velco on back pockets of trousers should be stopped.

Fastening Velcro is a good methodology for testing those with leadership and managerial skills - you know what I mean...

Re: Velcro

I read somewhere that Leeds supporters like Velcro gloves for after match entertainment .......
in all honesty though Velcro has many uses, like securing the fly net around the windows and doors so it can be removed when not required Smiley
just because your paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you
