Can anyone recommend a vegetable steamer. The last few we have had have died after a few months so any recommendations would be appreciated or are they not supposed to last very long???

We had a TOWER 3 tier steamer quite a few years ago..... worked pretty good...
haven`t used it for a long while now... so maybe the newer versions are better ?

The "SALTER" one looks to be more "stable" having the same sized "pots"

Nothing to go wrong, really, very happy with the results and at £16.50 it’s not going to break the bank. 😀

We got one of the cheap Chinese no-name brands ( it literally does not have a name on it ) just like that from 'The Range' ( stainless steel lid, stainless steel, pans, the bottom one with a bonded aluminium base to spread the heat evenly ) over 15 years ago for less than £10, used every week since and still going strong - get a low tech one that you can use on a stove top and they last for ever......

A shipping line experimented with them a time ago. The experiment was swiftly abandoned.
They found to many leaks leeks
