VPN IPsec blocked?

I have vodafone mobile, we have poor signal here so had a sure signal box , had for about 2 1/2yrs, been with plusnet nearly 2, but signal box has stopped working 23rd march, contacted vodafone twice, then plusnt, vodafone again they are saying plusnt need to set up vpn tunnel as ipsec is being blocked by internal firewal server with in the network, so phone plusnet again after a 30 min wait again to get told they dont surport it ,i need to google it so i can try and sort it, any ideas??thks

Have you checked the Plusnet Firewall? (login required)

That's a firewall which is under your control.

How do i go about getting my  firewall ?

Have found firewall settings and changed and changed it , think it has worked sure box is waking up,pitty plusnet surport dont no these things to try could of saved me about 5hrs, thank you for your help
