On a Sunday morning too. Accident, vandalism, or arson; I wonder which.

As it started in a bin I would suspect either arson or a discarded cigarette end

8am on a Sunday morning is a funny time for a cigarette end to be discarded in to a bin!

Early morning dog walker having a smoke
Scrub that - just watched the video showing the delay while the fire took hold because there wasn't a proper fire engine there
I wonder if the wheelie bin was a big commercial one for the shop as a normal small one may not have caused that fire

Rear is not residential so must assume large dumper bins. Also affected was Sainsburys as it is at entrance to the walkway down to the old high street, but opposite. Shame about the card shop and greengrocer, both very good and local, Greengrocer did nice packets of dried fruit nibbles
