Under-employed? That'll be £185 please!

I thought it was bad enough in this country with benefit sanctions for sometimes trivial reasons but in Belarus you get taxed/fined if you are unemployed for 6 months!

Seems like a pretty good way for politicians to get lynched, people desperate for work in a time where jobs are scarce don't need to be fined, they need to be helped, but then, politicians, no matter what country they're from, aren't that intelligent...
