It's actually Cranberry and Prosecco Sauce @shutter, but it does look like tomato sauce.

I'm a born and bred Yorkshireman so the very thought of Jam and Yorkshire Pudding in the same sentence, let alone on the same plate is an anathema.

There seems to be a fashion for mixing sweet and savoury tastes these days:  You hardly ever see caramel without the word salted in front of it, and sea salt chocolate and chilli chocolate are commonplace.  So why not jam on Yorkshire pudding?  Of course the marketing people would phrase it "Real Yorkshire pudding with English strawberry jam".
