Trouble is we've run out of the magicians and acrobats. All we have left are the clowns.

Even the Ringmaster - sorry, Ringmistress is leaving but not to worry as here comes an old Cronk loaded with even more clowns all desperate to replace her. Grin

Boris for PM gets a glowing endorsement from Trump.

So that's Boris' leadership challenge dead in the water.

I'm not so sure about that. Let's see the reaction during and after the visit.

I recall one US President wanting London to be closed before he would visit....

Boris should have been Trump’s understudy for a few months......

Perhaps it's like double denim, i.e. a definite fashion no-no ... apparently.

Too true and the biggest one is arriving soon.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between a Russian meddling in British politics and an American president meddling in British politics?

Answers on a postcard please Grin

Re: Theresa May - Who Will Succeed Her? - Formerly 'Theresa May'

Is he though, from what I can see it was just a BBC report of an interview with the Sunday Times and one guy giving his opinion when asked. Personally I think we should me more concerned with likes of what has in effect become a fifth columist newspaper like the Observer giving headline space, ergo endorsement, when the mayor of London Sadiq Khan compares the language used by Trump to that of “the fascists of the 20th century”.

No fan of Trump and I have my reservations of Farage, but giving media space to this sort of spite is beyong the pale.

As for the Russians, in what way have or are they meddling?

Answer sans post card, no difference if they are.  Tongue

As always, this guy calls a spade a spade. Thumbs_Up

Probably but as usual it depends on what camp you're in. Some will be frowning, others will throw their arms up in the air - cheering.

As for the Russians, that'll be coming along soon.... it always does. Grin

Well yes @idonno and that I understand, but the Observer looks to be the only one giving space to the guy, and those cheering? Well that would the now dominant self interested multicultural liberal Lefties of London.

I'm a Londoner of old, as well as a now less than enthusiastic Guardian reader that I once was, and of both I now despair.

Getting back on track before our wrists slapped.... Tongue

We look to have of a row candidates all sitting like preachers on a fence wondering if they need to shuffle up to make more room. Could it get more silly.

“Stick around” she’s told. Could she ? Would she ?
