Theresa May looks to be on her way out. She has lost the confidence of her back benchers and it appears members of her cabinet have also told her they do not support her latest plans.
It seems difficult to see how she can survive.
It's a difficult time with the EU elections coming up and also the upcoming visit of Donald Trump. We can't elect another leader so quickly so will she be allowed to stay until after the State visit?
What will happen in the next few days or weeks.

Don't see the lady quitting quite yet, but if the Conservatives get slaughtered t'morrow then Friday might be as good a time as any to hand over the keys to number ten, and what dignity there is left to the Party.
Failing that and if the political balance is maintained, then who knows.

Andrea Leadsom, the Commons leader has resigned tonight.
The pack of cards has began to fall. Who next?

More of a shuffle than a fold given how many in that pack of over three hundred will want their place on the table. It might not be a game of happy families at the moment, but don't count on a snap election just yet.
Get the beers in and ready for at least another hand in the Last Chance Saloon I reckon. .

I'm betting that May resigns in May.

Don't forget we won't know the results of tomorrows election until Sunday 21:00 at the earliest.
But I can't see anything wrong with her throwing in the towel on Friday.

If and whoever takes over, will they get a new 'kick the can down the road kit' or will they use the old one?

Then we have a long way to go as her replacement will remain in power until after the next election, which will not be until the middle of 2022?
Trump I believe will be with us next month. Can't wait.

But who amongst those self-serving, back-stabbing wastes of space in the Palace of Westminster will replace her ?

It is reported that TM doesn't want to go down as the shortest serving PM in modern times. She was 5 days to go to overtake Clown Brown. Will she do it?
