These are great videos, that make you think, and with that said;
If the Universe as we know it started from a singularity, what made the singularity, was it the result of a previous collapse?
In a lecture given in 1996 by Stephen Hawking he hints that the Universe may come to an end and collapse in on itself in about 20B years, so if this does happen is the cause of this collapse a result of the Universe reaching its maximum size, and bursting like a balloon? If that is the case then the Universe in not infinite!
Then throw into the mix the 'Phase Transition'!
