Re: Spring has Sprung

Spring is almost sprung here in Cheshire.
How do I know? A neighbour gave his lawns their first cut this morning. I'll wait another couple of weeks before I do mine.

@ Mav
Ah, but you live further south than me, which makes you nearer the equator. So it will be far hotter for you. That's why your neighbour did his lawns before mine.  Cool

Re: Spring has Sprung

I'm putting off cutting my lawns for the first tie this year. Hopefully I will be able to do them late March so that they will still be manageable when I return from holiday Wink

Blimey, I never gave it a thought.
Still plenty of time for snow yet never mind lawn cutting.

Snowdrops in our garden have only  come out  in the last week, yet  another neighbours. Snowdrops  were out  5 weeks ago, perhaps different varieties come out at different times.

Spring here in Derbyshire. The rain is warmer.
