Speechless!

How on earth can these countries expect to be taken seriously?
They think and act like they are still in the stone age.

The person that brought the charge upon an innocent child, should be the on charged with bullying a minor, in the highest capacity possible

Abhorrent pretty official throwing his weight around.
Seems the judge cannot dismiss it but has given bail to all involved - he can see how ridiculous it is, as can everyone else. Arresting officer removed from duty.

I don't understand why the judge could dismiss the charges at the initial hearing unless it is thought the child is lying about its age!
