If you look at the second photo it shows the house in a state of collapse that happened 3 years ago.
Now look at the photo I've attached that I took last May. The house shows no sign of any collapse.

Ahh it's in the Daily Mail - it must be true.
On a more serious note, those pictures they have published look photoshopped.
