From the news this morning, vegetarians and vegans are 20% more likely to suffer from a stroke.:shocked:

And are at lower risk of heart disease.

We also know from a recent tragic news story that living almost exclusively on crisps and chips makes you go blind.

A varied diet would seem to be the healthiest.

Well yes I agree but it was just an example, many of which we tend to take with a pinch of salt - but no to much. 

Did you know that meat eaters live longer, and veggies are more likely to get divorced. 

Strange but try and how do I know that? @Anonymous told me. :wink:

As for going blind, I was told that about masturbation yet at seventy two years of age I don't even need glasses... well I do, but only for reading. :grin:
