Some Useful Telephone Numbers

Hi All
From my site:
[quote="Free Directory Enquiries Service"]
Do you hate looking up a telephone book ?
Do you know that BT offer a Free Directory Enquiries Service to the Disabled, Without Adverts ?
For those for whom using a phone book may be difficult e.g. if you have memory loss, or Dyslexic or a physical disability.
All you need to do is phone 195 from any phone (landline or mobile) and ask to register.  You will be asked your address and then be sent some information and a form.  This form can be signed by a tutor or a doctor to say that you have dyslexia or that you are disabled.  Text phone users can call 0800 838 363

I hope this help some one.

I should easily qualify then!  Cheesy
Seriously though, that's good information, although some people might find the hassle of finding someone to verify their condition a bit irksome.

If you go to the BT website you can obtain directory services free.  I think there is a limit of 10 inquiries a day.
