Snow - Already....

I`m surprised that no plusnet customers have reported this on the forum.... must be some down the west country?  or did they all lose their connection due to MBOC ?

Re: Snow - Already....

I was actually out walking all day in the New Forest and although it was a bit cold at 4 deg C it was a lovely sunny day.
The only problem was that it was flooded everywhere. We had to make a major diversion as the footbridge over the Beaulieu River near Ashurst was completely submerged.
In fact while driving to the start I had to drive through a major flood about 100 yds long and so deep the exhaust pipe was submerged - it is amazing what you can get away with by keeping the revs up and slipping the clutch.
Admittedly this was in a Honda Jazz so that only makes it about 9ins deep

Well, it's south-west of York for a start.

Re: Snow - Already....

Not too bad tonight, but clear skies Monday, lots of Sun, and very cold Monday overnight.
West of the Pennines.

Last year I insulated the outlet (condensate ?) pipe from my Combi Boiler, it didn't freeze up last Winter, like it did the Winter before.

Don't eat the Yellow Snow !
The weather forecasters keep stating there's a Yellow Snow Warning, but it's never this one !

Excellent.  Our airports are supposed to have bought machinery to cope with bad weather this year. Time will tell Undecided
