Sad to leave

Hi all,
Well I have finally gone and done it - cancelled PN  Sad  I actually feel very sad as I have been with them since 04, but as of 28 Aug I am no more.
I could no longer take the appaling speeds and the fact I lost all connection when it rained - it just seems to be getting worse too.  I fully apprecaite that this is out of PN's control and more to do with the state of my line. It is also the reason I am moving to cable.
Anyway the point of this post is to say thank you to PN for first class support - everytime I have had a need to raise a ticket or call your customer support the response has been quick, relevant and helpful.
Also many thanks to all forum members who have helped me out - your assistance has at times been invaluable.
