Great pics. No more sun today for us!

Would be really good if photos could have a simple note of camera/lens details and original size.  I am somewhat disturbed to have discovered that my new phone (one every ten years!) takes a better photo than my "old" camera!

That's a lovely healthy looking rose bush. I can't seem to grow roses successfully. Always end up with blackspot or rust. ☹️

At my previous house which had a very large garden I used to have quite a few rose bed all the same variety in each bed  because I think that looks better 

Different varieties are better at being blackspot and rust and it's best to buy from a grower who's located farther north than yourself

Clean air does not help with blackspot

I used to like erica heathers as well easy to grow and good to look at all year just pick the correct varieties
