Without looking it up I would guess none. Do they all have names other than Lake Something?
Long ago I heard a similar riddle asking how many roads are there in the City Of London? (Corporation not GLA)
Answer none. Cannon STREET, CornHILL, Pudding LANE,  Cheapside, Houndsditch, London Wall  etc. but no Something Road. I don't know if this still is true.
Update: I see that there is one lake in the Lake District (Bassenthwaite Lake) but I had the right idea.

In what sport do the winners go backward ?

With w23's answer (tug-of-war) only the winners go backwards.
With rowing and backstroke swimming all the competitors,  which include winners,  go backwards.

So............. the "winners" go backwards , then... Roll eyes  ( the question/riddle did not specify "ONLY" the winners go backwards ....  Cheesy  )

Re: Riddles.

                                                          Riddle in the Sand.........(by Jimmy!)
The basic urge of the camel is greater than anyone thinks
After many long months in the desert, it makes a beeline for the Sphinx
Now the intimate parts of this lady are sunk 'neath the sands of the Nile
Which accounts for the hump on the camel and the Sphinx's inscrutable smile!
