I recently nominated a family member to join Plusnet broadband.
During the process they were asked for my details in order for me to receive a reward. Now they have been with Plusnet Broadband for a while I was expecting some contact re my reward, but nothing forthcoming not even an acknowledgement.
Has anyone else had such issues, if so how did you rectify them ?
@Stu2 How long is it since you introduced them? Have they paid their second invoice yet?
From memory when I introduced my sister, once she had paid the second, I received a notification that £x.xx would be deducted from my monthly charge for as long as she was a customer - the figure depends on the product(s) they have.
