The Kindle should be renamed C5.

Now Zen, but a +Net residue.

@AlaricAdair - Why? I've had Kindles for about 7 years -only on my second now - and not had a problem. I doubt if I'd go back to 'real' books.

I've had two as gifts. They were awful compared to the real thing.  A bright idea looking for a problem to solve.

I suppose it depends on whether you want to carry around a large bbok or a small tablet - but each to their own.

But if you prefer paper and stacks of books stay with it, I was that way for many years, now my library contains 1000's of books and I can carry it in my pocket. And find any book in few seconds.

I do have the Oxford English Dictionary on CD-ROM (all 20 volumes on one disk) and it's great for crosswords since you can search using ? for the missing letters in a word.  I know there are websites that do a similar thing but I'm not sure they cover quite so many words.
