Re: Public Accounts Committee Savages BT Over State Aid Broadband

I found this link to work better on my non-Windows PC - http://www.parliamentlive.tv/main/Player.aspx?meetingId=13646&player=windowsmedia

I have now watched all three and a half hours,  my impression was that the industry representatives and BDUK + OFCOM are doing their best of a thankless job,  whereas the accounts committee members weren't listening or didn't understand the very concise points being made, and were out to make political point scoring - but failing - by arguing about ridiculous or irrelevant details.
When I started watching, I was expecting to see revelations of incompetence aimed at BT, BDUK, OFCOM, etc.
By the end I felt reassured that the industry people do know what they are doing, and that the public accounts committee are just a bunch of clowns.

Nick (PCCW) was brilliant, clear and concise, took him 10 minutes to destroy the credibility of BDUK.
