Re: Prince William to Marry

Let's hope that they have a more successful marriage than most recent royals.

Yes, the family has had more of its share of bad luck in the marriage stakes.

Re: Prince William to Marry

There's already a documentary about it.
Factual content = not a lot, as there is only 1 fact so far.
However we've got lots of journalists speculating to lots of other journalists  Crazy
When is it to be shown... now.
News 24 has been cancelled until further notice...  Cool

There is no legal requirement on the employer to pay for public holidays. I worked for 33 years completely aware of this until I stated working for an agency and when I was not paid for a Bank/public holiday I phoned up the agency to enquire why and was told that I had to take holiday if I wish to be paid. At that time the minimum holiday was 20 days so if I wish to be paid for public holidays you are left with 12 days. This was the reason that 2 years ago the minimum holiday was raised to 28 days to cover the 8 public days so leaving 20 days (four weeks). At the time of the raise to 28 days a lot of employees were rubbing their hands with glee as they thought they were to get and increase in holiday. But they did not as most contracts state 20 days plus public holidays.
