Re: Post Brexit

https://brexitcentral.com/are-the-remain-commentariat-ignorant-or-insincere-or-both/

This is interesting - explains why remain voters by and large took to disparaging the

education level of leave voters and other insults without actually giving a reason why

staying in EU was a good thing,  other than not needing your passport to visit France.

On the other hand Leavers could see benefits of single market etc. but the damage to

our soveriengnty being under the control of the EU was just not worth it.

Re: Post Brexit

Post Brexit life will (IMHO) continue to be dominated by minorities and public sector Remainers who are terrified of losing their grip on the Equality, Diversity, Common Purpose bandwagon.

Last week's Question Time was a classic with a professional paid racist-finder in the audience. Paradoxically it only seems to encourage racial disharmony.

Tonight on BBC2 Ed Balls is going round Europe looking into minority politics and a move to the Right. In Germany they have the AfD party whose activities are seldom mentioned in the British press as being too controversial as opposed to being the subject of discussion and challenge. You can see some of their advertisements HERE.  A throwback to many years ago but I would not be surprised at the number who agree with them.

Perhaps outside the EU we can spend more time, and money, on the full spectrum of pressing local problems.

Re: Post Brexit

Lawrence Fox has attracted attention ( and death threats ) from pointing out that 'woke' people are inherently racist because they see colour in everything, a crime in the most innocent remark and concentrate on identity politics.  It is certainly time we got away from seeing a crime in everything people say,  the backlash of the right is due to the suffocating oppression of free speech by liberal lefties.... it is their own fault for going way too far...

Re: Post Brexit

Such blatant bias from the BBC with hardly a peep about the eventual success of the withdrawal Bill, yet any success in the past by in the main Labour Bremainers was given wall to wall coverage.

Time to ditch that licence fee to the British Bolshevick Corporation. It's a disgrace to democracy and does not represent this country or it's people.

Re: Post Brexit

I knew that this would happen once our leaving was a done deal instead of

the fifith columnist quisling collaborators within UK giving hope to EU that

Brexit could be cancelled if the EU was stubborn and nasty enough.

Now the business people are taking over from dyed in the wool 'EU superstate

or bust' politicians and the tone has indeed changed,,,,, we can now indeed have

an FTA by Boris deadline,  all it ever needed was goodwill and a bit of pragmatism..

( and some nerve and direction from our prime minister instead of trying to please

everyone and failing to please anyone ).

https://order-order.com/2020/01/23/european-parliament-trade-committee-boss-uk-eu-fta-can-completed-...

And how about this - Boris has banished the Tory Ultra-remainers - a list of the Conservative remainers who tried to scupper Brexit and are no longer MPs

+ 1

A number of overpaid and left wing employees in that organisation that has failed to move with the times.

A good clear out is needed.

Re: Post Brexit

House of Lords and BBC are both organisations overstaffed with liberal / left people

paid for by public, neither are good value for money, both in need of a good clear out.

The Germans are really 'sich in die Hosen scheißen'  over their country being trapped in the EU with zero / negative growth and UK outside....  what next Gexit ?  - well we have had Brexit and Megxit so far.

"Before negotiations have even begun, France lays down its ridiculous demand of access to British fishing waters for 25 years! No way! British fishermen were sold down the river in 1973, it's not happening again!"

@LeaveEUOfficial

By the way, what's happend to all the Bremainers post Brexit such as those from @RobC - here we are ready to be all magnanimous - and nothing!

Mitigation by silence perhaps. 🙂
