Porridge... the best?

Porridge, the best breakfast.

I love a bowl of porridge and not just for breakfast. Excellent with a sprinkle of cinamon or sugar and creamy milk. Bananas or strawberries adds to the flavour and it certainly does help energy levels during the day

I still have a full English after a bowl for breakfast, though.

How do you have yours?

I am lucky in that I never seem to put weight on.

At just over 6'4" and a half the most I have ever weighed is around 13 stone.

We have what we call cold oats, you mix oats, milk, yogurt with honey and mixed fruit. Leave it in the fridge overnight and eat it chilled for breakfast. cool!

That's the thing nozzer, he has a massive breakfast and then eats nowt for the rest of the day, or works so hard any extra calories are burnt up.

When it starts to get cold, like now, I like Aldi's oat cereal.

Just mix it with milk, a sprinkle of blackcurrants, and in the microwave for a minute, done.
