Re: Pork for dinner day

Pigs can be fascinating, cute and quite intelligent but they're definitely at their best when properly cooked (with lovely crispy skin)  Smiley.

Don't forget the apple sauce and onion sauce....mmmmmmmmmmmm
Pork is my favourite meat. In fact, I make quite a pig of myself with it.

Re: Pork for dinner day

I wish I could cook liver and onions like my Mum, my late wife and everyone else...... Sad
Last time I tried I ended up resoling a pair of shoes which lasted two winters.

Can't bear the taste and texture of hearts, liver, kidney, etc. - they're just offal Tongue
Mind you, when you think about what the kidneys do why does anyone want to eat them  Cheesy
