Re: Plane Down in Hudson River

To learn, have another play around with it and try posting the pics again. I am sure no one will mind us being the guinea pigs for your Flickr training.
BTW Is that you enjoying the sunset in the deckchair?

No, that's not me.  At this time of night I'm in the bar you see there having my sunset gin and tonic listening to Boston Bob providing the entertainment. Smiley
Hopefully, I've got rid of this set.  I'll put them back again later in case others are interested. Thanks for being a guinea pig for me.
Thanks Pierre for the instructions.  Looks like it's worked. Grin

The BBC clip showing Sullenberger homecoming
The pilot who safely landed a jet in New York's Hudson River has received a hero's welcome in his hometown of Danville, California.
As thousands of people waved US flags and cheered loudly, Captain Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger said he and his crew were only doing their jobs.

Re: Plane Down in Hudson River

How cool was the crew??  I couldn't believe it.  You would think they had nothing to worry about.

Re: Plane Down in Hudson River

Sounds like the crew had already decided on the Hudson while the ATC were discussing which airport would be best

Re: Plane Down in Hudson River

You would think they could get the new flying boats closer into shore for people to board in the dry wouldn't you.

That is not a true segregation of Coach and Business class. Where is the curtain?
