A few moments ago I was surprised to learn that there exists a man called Park Bench.
I find it hard to believe anyone would be given that name during birth registration

One would hope so.
However you do hear of people being named after the place they were born.

I recall seeing the name 'Rip Torn' in the credits of quite a few films.

Perhaps he is of Korean origin... as the name Park seems to be quite prevalent over there, in much the same way as Smith is here... and they address people with the surname first ...

An Irish Rugby League player (who played prop forward so not a lad to argue with) was called Wayne Kerr. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wayne_Kerr

I came across an "Orson Carte" once, and down in Kent there are two places quite near to the other that in combination are doubtful "Badgers Mount" and "Pratts Bottom".

I knew a Theresa Green years ago.
And used to live next to a Bill and Rose Berry. Bet they had a fruity relationship:grin:
